I've spent over 20 years in recruitment, starting out managing thousands of temporary workers for Sainsbury's, Tesco, Amazon, XPO and House of Fraser, then leading national accounts and owning P&Ls. I know what a well run warehouse looks like because I've stood in a lot of them.

I have met Phil Mold who is the Managing Director of Imagine Executive Solutions through a call during my job hunting journey in which he contacted me. He informed me about a potential role, offered me resourceful material and supported me with good tips and guidance. His continuous support and care for me is what changed my opinion about recruitment agencies to which i was very skeptical until now and this is thanks to Phil. Unfortunately i didn't get the role but i appreciated a lot his transparency and promptness to my responses. Despite being a last minute applicant, Phil gave me the best opportunity he could to succeed, helping with preparing for the interview and checking in regularly during the (fast but thorough) process. I had been interviewing for over two years virtually and in person, but always found myself not getting job offers. I was a late applicant to a job Phil was recruiting for, he did everything he could to give me the best possible chance, he helped with my prep for the interview I was lucky to land after being so last minute and checked in before the interview too.
